The Mayflower’s extensive menu, designed by former Momofuku Seibo Chef, Jihwan Choi, offers a luxurious all-day breakfast and lunch offering, bringing flavours from all around the world. Garnished with exotic flora, each dish is a mouth-watering representation of the prior 90’s florist that once was the Mayflower. 

Our mission is to create delicacies bursting with flavour and depth, that leaves locals and tourists coming back for more. Our speciality, the salt-cured delicacy that is Caviar, makes an appearance on many of our meals, bringing a breath of the sea and a taste of smoothness & richness to your dining experience. Paired with our award-winning coffee, the aroma of these flavours are like magic to the taste-buds!
